HOW TO READ THIS TABLE
Ranking = score on our 33-criterion screen (quality, financial condition, growth, earnings, valuation, momentum, ownership/liquidity) from each stock's Analysis & Valuation workbook, all 28 priced at the November 6, 2026 close (the usual one-week cadence from the Oct 30 anchor). Score measures how completely a stock passes the screen — the PROFILE matters as much as the number. The Nov 2-6 window opened with seven Tier-3 prints - AAPL and PLTR (Nov 2, AMC), AMD (Nov 3, AMC), UBER (Nov 4, BMO), IREN and DKNG (Nov 5, AMC) and VST (Nov 6, BMO) - and was dominated by a sharp AI-stock selloff on Nov 5: MU -17.5%, AMD -17.3% (then +11% on Nov 6), MRVL -16.4%, AMAT -13.6%, TSM -10.8%, HOOD -10.3%, NVDA -9.3% and GS -6.4%; the causes are unverified except MRVL (its Nov 2 all-stock ~$115B Lumentum acquisition). Weekly losers: MRVL -28.1%, DELL -22.6%, MU -22.0%, VRT -21.4%, AMAT -14.7%, GLW -13.9% and CRWD -13.4%; BABA +11.6%, AMZN +7.9% and UBER +5.1% rebounded. Prints: AAPL FQ4 EPS $2.10 beat (revenue +12%, Dec-qtr guide +7-10%) but C29 flipped to fail (12/33); PLTR revenue +96% and EPS $0.44 beat but the stock sold the news (-12.9%); AMD beat and guided Q4 to ~$17B (+66% YoY) and gains +2 to 18; UBER's GAAP EPS of $0.25 (a $476M investment mark; non-GAAP $0.88) re-based its grid and cost it five tests (-5 to 17, now HOLD); IREN's balance-sheet tests were re-derived to fail (-2 to 10, net debt $4.4B); DKNG posted a GAAP loss of $0.94 and fell 21% (-2 to 8); VST's GAAP EPS of $3.25 includes a $559M hedge gain (+1 to 22). Score movers: DELL +3, AMD +2, GOOGL +2 and GLW +2 up; UBER -5, IREN -2, DKNG -2 and MU -2 down. MU keeps the lead at 24/33; TSM and GOOGL follow at 23, and GS shows 24 reported but 21 excluding three bank-structure artifacts, so it ranks below them; SNOW is still the floor at 6. Price targets flagged for re-derivation: MU, AAPL, AMD, UBER, VST, GOOGL, DKNG, IREN, MRVL (estimates do not yet reflect the Lumentum deal), CRWD, HOOD, GLW, VRT, SOFI, DELL and BABA; CRWD now trades ~3% above its $210 PT. Upcoming earnings: AMAT (Nov 12, AMC), NVDA (Nov 17, AMC, confirmed), BABA (Nov 18, BMO, confirmed), DELL (Nov 24, AMC), MRVL and CRWD (Dec 1), SNOW (~Dec 2) and MU (~Dec 16). 12-mo PT = our own price target. iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
MU slips -2 to 24/33 (still #1) on a -22.0% week to $690.00 (RSI 31.3, oversold; -17.5% on Nov 5, -33.4% on the month, though still +141.8% YTD): the quarter and 52-week momentum tests (C51, C52) flipped to fail. The quality sweep (Financial 4/4, Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) is intact, and price now sits below the SMA-200 ($756.73) and well under the SMA-50 ($961.64). Flag: the $1,145 PT predates the Sep 30 FY2026 print and is STALE - the Section-6 math (E77 x E78) points to ~$1,711 and is flagged on B88; queued for judgment re-derivation. Hold $650, then $576.45; reclaim $756.73. Our 12-month $1,145 (+66%). Next earnings est. ~Dec 16 (AMC).
TSM slips -1 to 23/33 (#2) on a -7.6% week to $375.44 (RSI 36.3; -10.8% on Nov 5, cause unverified): the quarter-performance test (C52) flipped to fail, and price is now below the SMA-200 ($401.48) and SMA-50 ($431.64). The EPS grid remains on the consistent 32 NTD/USD basis (TTM EPS $15.37). Hold $351.19, then $337.95; reclaim $401.48, then $416.44. Our 12-month $510 (+36%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 15, 2027.
GOOGL rises +2 to 23/33 (#3) on a +1.77% week to $284.78 (RSI 29.9, oversold; -18.2% on the month, -20.4% on the quarter): C51 and C53 flipped to pass, and C53 is razor-thin. The 14.9x trailing P/E is an artifact of Q2 non-operating gains. Flag: the $430 PT is STALE - Q3 EPS was $2.12 vs ~$2.94-3.00 consensus, capex guidance is $195-205B and TTM FCF is only $19.75B; 25-28x on $13.82 gives $345-387, and the analyst average is ~$400. Hold $277.07, then $270.70; reclaim $296.49. Our 12-month $430 (+51%, to be re-derived). Next earnings est. ~Feb 2027.
GS holds 24/33 reported (flat; 21/33 excluding three bank-structure artifacts - current ratio, quick ratio and a negative-cash-flow P/CF pass) on a -3.2% week to $865.82 (RSI 40.3; -6.4% on Nov 5, -16.3% on the quarter). C43 flipped to pass and C51 to fail. Quality is elite for a bank (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) and P/E is low at ~12.9x trailing with P/B ~2.40x, but earnings are peak-cycle and D/E and interest coverage are structural fails. Ranked below TSM and GOOGL on the tie-break because three of its passes are structural artifacts. Hold $864.75, then $854.45; reclaim $893.97. Our 12-month $1,000 (+15.5%). Next earnings ~mid-Jan 2027 (unconfirmed).
NVDA slips -1 to 22/33 on a -8.8% week to $186.64 (RSI 30.8, oversold; -9.3% on Nov 5, -19.0% on the month): the 52-week performance test (C53) flipped to fail, and price is now below the SMA-200 ($204.67) and SMA-50 ($219.81). The Financial 4/4 + Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2 sweep is intact. Hold $181.46, then $171.88; reclaim $204.67. Our 12-month $315 (+69%). Next earnings Nov 17 (AMC, confirmed) - the next Tier-3 roll.
VST rises +1 to 22/33 on a -9.81% week to $124.80 (RSI 39.7; -13.8% on Nov 4, -6.2% on Nov 5, then +10.6% on Nov 6) after the Q3 print (Nov 6 BMO): GAAP EPS $3.25 vs $1.75 (+86%, including a $559M unrealized hedge gain), revenue $6.35B (+27.7%), 2026 adjusted EBITDA guide raised to $7.1-7.5B, 2027 initiated at $7.7-8.5B and a new $1.5B buyback. C29 and C43 flipped to pass; C47 flipped to fail. D/E ~373% (Financial 1/4) and momentum 0/3 remain the caveats. Flag: the $190 PT is built on FY27 EPS ~$10.98 but consensus is now $9.53 (needs ~19.9x); adjusted-EPS consensus is unverified. Hold $117.27, then $110.89; reclaim $138.37. Our 12-month $190 (+52%, under review). Next earnings ~Feb 2027.
DELL rises +3 to 22/33 on a -22.6% week to $328.53 (RSI 28.7, oversold; -42.8% on the month, though still +161% YTD): C32, C38 and C39 flipped to pass as price fell to 19x trailing / 15.5x forward, and it now trades below the SMA-200 ($337.46) for the first time. Negative book equity keeps P/B, ROE and D/E n.m. Flag: the Section-6 step-2 multiple (~21.3x, ~$450) is older than the $575 PT. Hold $315, then $295.19; reclaim $337.46, then $372.36; the SMA-50 ($505.02) is far above. Our 12-month $575 (+75%). Next earnings Nov 24 (AMC, confirmed).

AMAT holds 20/33 (flat) on a -14.7% week to $332.72 (RSI 30.5, oversold; -13.6% on Nov 5, -34.7% on the month): C41 flipped to pass and C51 to fail. Quality stays flawless (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2), but price is ~25% below the SMA-200 ($445.35) and SMA-50 ($444.84). Hold $316.95, then $300; reclaim $348.71. Our 12-month $495 (+49%). Next earnings Nov 12 (AMC; guide $10.25B revenue, $4.02 non-GAAP EPS) - the catalyst for the PT.
AMZN slips -1 to 19/33 on a +7.88% week to $259.30 (RSI 54.2), a rebound back above the SMA-50 ($253.95) and SMA-200 ($243.94): C8 (beta, 1.50 borderline) and C48 (forward P/E 26.19x vs the 26 benchmark) flipped to fail, while C51 flipped to pass. D/E is set at 49.7% (a hair pass). Section 6 (31.8x on $9.90 = $314.82) ties to the PT. Hold $253.95, then $243.94; reclaim $266.03. Our 12-month $315 (+21.5%). Next earnings est. ~Feb 2027.
BABA holds 19/33 (flat) on an +11.64% week to $109.45 (RSI 57.7) that lifted it back to the SMA-50 ($108.29); C51 flipped to pass and C32 to fail (P/E 25.7x vs the 24 benchmark). Deep-value contrarian profile, but ROIC trails WACC and price is still ~12% below the SMA-200 ($124.64). Flags: ADS EPS carries FX translation noise and Section-6 E77 ($7.94 x 18.2 = $144.5) is below the $150 PT, which was built on ~$8.26 FY28. Hold $108.29, then $105.29; reclaim $111.37. Our 12-month $150 (+37%). Next earnings Nov 18 (BMO, confirmed).
AXP holds 19/33 (flat, no flips) on a +0.6% week to $320.99 (RSI 51.9). Premium card issuer + network - Management 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2 - with Financial 1/4 structural (current/quick ratio n.m., D/E 168%, interest coverage n/a). Q3 GAAP EPS $5.42 includes a one-time $1.11 GBTG gain (adjusted $4.68). Hold $316.25, then $311.40; reclaim $325.22. Our 12-month $350 (+9.0%). Next earnings est. late Jan 2027 (unconfirmed).
FCX holds 19/33 (flat, no flips) on a -4.88% week to $59.42 (RSI 31.3; -16.5% on the month), now ~9% below the SMA-200 ($65.24) and 15% below the SMA-50 ($69.84). Cheap only on forward peak-price EPS; copper prices drive earnings and trailing PEG uses a normalized 14% denominator. Hold $57.90, then $56.75; reclaim $62.47, then $65.24. Our 12-month $74 (+24.5%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 21, 2027.
NFLX rises +1 to 19/33 on a +2.14% week to $63.41 (RSI 39.7); a Nov 4 +4.7% bounce faded, and price is 10.7% below the SMA-50 ($71.03) and 21.8% below the SMA-200 ($81.04). Cheap on earnings (18.3x trailing, 16.7x forward) but not confirmed by the tape or balance-sheet screen. ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS stands. Hold $62.08, then $61.39; reclaim $65.56. Our 12-month $115 (+81%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 20, 2027.
AMD rises +2 to 18/33 on a -11.1% week to $449.04 (RSI 38.4; -17.3% on Nov 5, +11% on Nov 6) after the Q3 print (Nov 3 AMC): revenue $13.377B (+45%), Data Center $8.55B (+97%), non-GAAP EPS $2.09 vs ~$1.97, GAAP EPS $1.46 (a $1.1B warrant charge offset by a tax benefit), FCF only $554M, and a Q4 guide of ~$17B (+66% YoY) vs ~$16.2B. C34, C41 and C42 flipped to pass; quarter momentum flipped to fail. At 97x trailing / ~28x FY27 the valuation is still demanding. Flag: the $535 PT (33.95x pre-print FY27 EPS $15.76) is stale; FY27 EPS of $17-18 implies ~$577-611. Hold $429.56, then $415.98; reclaim $459.80. Our 12-month $535 (+19%). Next earnings est. ~Feb 3, 2027.

iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
UBER falls -5 to 17/33 (now HOLD) despite a +5.1% week to $68.59 (RSI 50.3) after the Q3 print (Nov 4 BMO): gross bookings $59.8B (+20%), adjusted EBITDA $2.96B (+31%), revenue $14.77B (+9.6%) and a Q4 bookings guide of $63.25-65.25B, but GAAP EPS was $0.25 (a $476M pretax equity-investment mark; non-GAAP $0.88). The grid was re-based to GAAP (TTM $1.69), so trailing multiples jumped to 40.6x and C28, C32, C33, C41 and C43 flipped to fail; C51 flipped to pass. Forward multiples remain strong (15.5x FY27). The $100 PT is 22.6x FY27 $4.42 (re-based from 26.9x, which would imply ~$119). Hold $67.73, then $66.60; reclaim $70.15. Our 12-month $100 (+46%). Next earnings est. ~Feb 4, 2027.
LLY slips -1 to 17/33 (HOLD) on a -4.48% week to $1,354.00 (RSI 61.1, down from 78 as the post-print spike faded; +15.8% on the month, +26% YTD): momentum dropped to 2/3 (C51 fail), but the trend is intact above the SMA-50 ($1,214) and SMA-200 ($1,100). Valuation is still full (46x trailing GAAP, ~30x FY27), Financial 1/4, and GAAP EPS is depressed by acquired IPR&D. Section 6 (32x on $47.22 = $1,511) ties to the PT. Hold $1,333.22, then $1,288.30; reclaim $1,418. Our 12-month $1,510 (+11.5%). Next earnings ~Feb 4, 2027 (unconfirmed).
SOFI holds 17/33 (flat) on a -3.28% week to $16.21 (RSI 50.8; -7.7% on Nov 5), giving back its post-print pop: C43 flipped to pass (PEG) and C51 to fail. Beta 2.24, short interest 16.9%, analyst target $20.84. Flag: the $19 PT (21.1x multiple) may need re-derivation against the FY27 guide of ~$0.90. Hold $15.43, then $14.22; reclaim $16.35, then $16.56. Our 12-month $19 (+17%). Next earnings est. ~late Jan 2027.
MRVL holds 17/33 (flat) on a -28.1% week to $141.20 (RSI 26.2, deeply oversold; -16.4% on Nov 5, -48.6% on the month, 44% below the Oct 28 high), after its Nov 2 all-stock ~$115B Lumentum acquisition (4.5 MRVL shares per LITE share; MRVL holders ~67%; close 1H28): C42 flipped to pass and C52 to fail. Price sits ~25% below the SMA-200 ($185.05). Flag: the $235 PT and the estimates do NOT reflect the deal and need re-derivation once consensus includes it. Hold $132.54, then $128.49; reclaim $146.32. Our 12-month $235 (+66%). Next earnings Dec 1 (AMC, confirmed).
VRT slips -1 to 16/33 on a -21.4% week to $182.86 (RSI 36.7; -25.0% on the month): the post-print rally fully unwound, leaving price 33% under the SMA-200 ($271.22). C47 flipped to pass; C51 and C53 flipped to fail. At 18.8x forward on the post-print FY27 consensus of $9.74, valuation looks better, but the $355 PT (36.4x; the old 39.5x implies ~$385) is flagged for re-derivation. Hold $170.80, then $162.01; reclaim $192.14. Our 12-month $355 (+94%). Next earnings ~Feb 2027 (unconfirmed).
PLTR rises +1 to 16/33 on a -12.89% week to $160.38 (RSI 31.2, oversold) after the Q3 print (Nov 2 AMC): revenue $2.313B (+96% YoY, +20% QoQ) vs ~$2.17B, GAAP and adjusted EPS $0.44 vs ~$0.41, US commercial $984M (+148%), adjusted operating margin 62%, and the FY26 revenue guide raised to $8.53B. It was a sell-the-news reaction: C36 and C46 flipped to pass while C52 flipped to fail (momentum 0/3). At 113x trailing / 94x forward the valuation is still extreme; the 200-day (~$153.5) is the level to watch. The $190 PT is 112x FY26 EPS $1.70 (+18.5%). Hold $154.99, then $153.53; reclaim $171.70. Next earnings ~Feb 2, 2027 (AMC, est.).
TMO slips -1 to 15/33 (HOLD) on a -0.32% week to $694.76 (RSI 54.8), after setting a new 52-week high of $712.17 on Nov 4. Quality defensive compounder at a full price: Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 (adjusted basis only), Valuation 2/15 (36.7x GAAP / ~28x adjusted) and Financial 2/4. Q3 (Oct 21) adjusted EPS $6.68 beat $6.40 and guidance was raised. Add on pullbacks toward the SMA-50 (~$661). Hold $687.16, then $676.94; reclaim $697.78. Our 12-month $714 (+2.8%). Next earnings ~late Jan 2027.

GLW rises +2 to 15/33 on a -13.93% week to $106.13 (RSI 29.8, oversold; -30.6% on the month) even as FY27 consensus rose to $4.53 (was $4.31): the two forward-valuation tests (C47, C48) flipped to pass at 33.1x. Price is ~32% below the SMA-200 ($156.20). The dividend of $0.28/quarter has been frozen since Feb 2023 (ex-date Nov 13). Flag: the stat page shows 1.72 / 0.92 / 64% (current / quick / D/E) vs the workbook's 1.81 / 0.98 / 71%, which was not cut. Hold $101.83, then $94.95; reclaim $110.50. Our 12-month $150 (+41%). HOOD holds 14/33 (flat) on a -4.8% week to $80.91 (RSI 32.0; -10.3% on Nov 5, -24.4% on the month), ~12% under the SMA-200 ($91.99): C46 flipped to fail and C48 to pass. Post-print consensus is FY26 $2.48 / FY27 $3.41 (was $2.31 / $3.09), so the stock trades 29.3x FY27; the old 32.4x multiple would imply ~$110 against the $100 PT. Hold $75.51, then $71.20; reclaim $87.41. Our 12-month $100 (+24%). Next earnings ~Feb 2027 (unconfirmed).
AAPL slips -1 to 12/33 on a -0.7% week to $342.37 (RSI 51.5) after the FQ4 print (Nov 2 AMC): GAAP EPS $2.10 vs ~$1.99 (+14% YoY, including ~$0.05 tariff refund), revenue $114.48B (+12%), FY26 EPS $8.98, and a December-quarter guide of +7-10% revenue with 45-46% gross margin (memory costs). C29 flipped to fail (EPS growth +13.5% vs the 19% hurdle). Elite quality at a full valuation; price is ~4% above our $330 PT and above the analyst average, so there is no margin of safety. The PT is 34x FY27 $9.40 = ~$320 (flagged). Hold $336.01, then $298.81; reclaim $355.38. Our 12-month $330 (-3.6%). Next earnings ~Jan 29, 2027 (unconfirmed).
CRWD slips -1 to 10/33 HOLD on a -13.39% week to $216.90 (RSI 35.3; -9.9% on Nov 5), ~11% below the SMA-50 ($243.78). A first-rate franchise on a GAAP break-even income statement (P/E n.m.): Valuation 0/15. Price is now ~3% ABOVE our $210 PT and ~12% below the Street's $247. Hold $213.22, then $206.74; reclaim $230.69, then $241. Our 12-month $210 (-3.2%). Next earnings Dec 1 (AMC, est.).
IREN falls -2 to 10/33 (HOLD, speculative) on a -9.65% week to $21.64 (RSI 36.3; -44% on the quarter) after the Q1 FY27 print (Nov 5 AMC): revenue $228M (+66% QoQ, -5% YoY), AI Cloud $200M (+182% QoQ), GAAP EPS -$0.66, net loss $263M, adjusted EBITDA $66M, backlog $20.3B (+22% QoQ); the >$4B ARR target slipped to Jan-Feb 2027 and net debt rose to $4.43B. The stock fell 17% into the print and rebounded 20% after. Balance-sheet tests C12, C13 and C19 were re-derived to fail (current 1.60, quick 0.94, D/E 199.5%, ROE -23.4%); C38 flipped to pass (P/CF 3.5x on prepayments). The $65 PT is asset/contract-based (+200%) and should be revisited on ARR and financing. Hold $17.16, then $15; reclaim $22.46. Next earnings ~Feb 2027 (unconfirmed).
DKNG falls -2 to 8/33 AVOID on a -11.48% week to $18.51 (RSI 37.8) after the Q3 print (Nov 5 AMC): GAAP EPS -$0.94 (net loss $469M) on revenue $1,329M (+16%), cost of revenue $900M vs ~$372M (gross margin 32%), FCF -$43.7M, equity $180M vs debt $2.28B (D/E ~1,270%). The stock fell 21.3% to a new 52-week low of $16.55; C19 and C38 flipped to fail. The 8-K was not retrievable (figures via S&P through stockanalysis), and consensus and guidance are unverified; C28 is a hardcoded pass that is unverified (7/33 if it flips). The $30 PT (+62%) rests on pre-print FY26 EPS $0.90 and needs a re-check. Hold $16.55, then $16; reclaim $18.79. Next earnings ~Feb 2027 (unconfirmed).
SNOW holds 6/33 AVOID, the series floor, on a -9.87% week to $275.88 (RSI 33.6; -19.7% on the month), below its 20- and 50-day averages but above the SMA-200 ($241.04). No earnings in the window; no flips. Valuation 0/15 on negative GAAP EPS (IF-guards hold); growth and FCF are real but leave no margin of safety. Our $350 PT (+27%) rests on non-GAAP. Hold $266.36, then $260.34; reclaim $295.04. Next earnings ~Dec 2 (AMC, est.).
