HOW TO READ THIS TABLE
Ranking = score on our 33-criterion screen (quality, financial condition, growth, earnings, valuation, momentum, ownership/liquidity) from each stock's Analysis & Valuation workbook, all priced at the October 23, 2026 close (the usual one-week cadence from the Oct 16 anchor). Score measures how completely a stock passes the screen — the PROFILE matters as much The Oct 17-23 earnings window was nearly empty: only NFLX reported (Q3 on Oct 20; EPS $0.87, +47% YoY, but a soft Q4 guide; the stock fell about 5% post-print to a new 52-week low), so this is a Tier-1 price/technicals refresh plus one Tier-3 roll. It was a second soft week for AI, semis and growth: AMAT -7.8% (after -19.3% the week before), GLW -6.3%, GOOGL -6.0%, UBER -5.2%, VRT -5.9%, VST -7.8% and BABA -8.7%, with rebounds in DKNG +10.6%, SNOW +6.1% and PLTR +5.8%; AAPL printed a new 52-week high ($351.73 intraday). TSM moves up +1 to 25/33 and takes #1 on a PROVISIONAL basis: its C33 P/E pass leans on a mixed-FX EPS grid (quarters stored at ~28.5 and 32 NTD/USD); restated on a consistent ~32 basis the pass fails, TSM would be 24/33, and MU, NVDA and TSM would tie at 24 with MU first. MU slips -1 to 24 (quarter momentum flipped to fail) and NVDA holds 24. Other score movers: VST +2 to 21; MRVL, GLW, PLTR, DKNG, SNOW, BABA and DELL each +1; NFLX -1 to 18. Valuation flips are price-driven, not fundamental, and several passes are thin (NVDA's P/E 26.67x vs the 27.4x market multiple, SOFI's PEG at the 1.0 limit, AMZN's quarter test likely failing next week). Upcoming earnings: HOOD/GLW/SOFI (Oct 27), VRT and GOOGL (Oct 28), AMZN (Oct 29), then AAPL and PLTR (Nov 2), UBER (Nov 4), IREN/DKNG (Nov 5), VST (Nov 6) and AMAT (Nov 12). 12-mo PT = our own price target. iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
TSM rises +1 to 25/33 (PROVISIONAL #1) on a +1.43% week to $418.51 (RSI 41.4), digesting last week's Q3 beat (revenue +50.9% YoY, ADR EPS US$4.60); C51 flipped to pass (momentum 3/3). Caveat: the 25 leans on the C33 P/E pass, which rests on a mixed-FX EPS grid (quarters stored at ~28.5 and 32 NTD/USD); restated on a consistent ~32 basis, TTM EPS is ~$15.2-15.3, P/E ~27.4-27.5x and C33 fails, so TSM would be 24/33 in a three-way tie with MU and NVDA (MU first). Hold $410, then the SMA-200 ($397.63); reclaim $434. Our 12-month $510 (+22%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 15, 2027.
MU slips -1 to 24/33 on a -0.15% week to $877.55 (RSI 38.2; -18.8% on the month): the 63-day lookback rolled to Jul 27 ($900.20), so quarter momentum (C52) flipped to fail (momentum 1/3). The quality sweep (Financial 4/4, Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) is intact and it keeps #2 on the tie-break. Flag: the $1,145 PT and the Section-6 build predate the Sep 30 FY2026 print and are STALE (E77 reads FY28 $181.98 while the PT is hard-coded), queued for judgment re-derivation. Hold $849, then the SMA-200 ($732.10); reclaim $983. Our 12-month $1,145 (+30%). Next earnings est. Dec 16 (Q1 FY27).
NVDA holds 24/33 (flat) on a -1.48% week to $210.96 (RSI 38.1); no flips. Financial 4/4 + Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2 quality sweep intact. Thin-margin flag: trailing P/E 26.67x passes C33 against 27.4x with only ~2.7% cushion (it flips above ~$216.7). Hold $210.18, then the SMA-200 ($203.67); reclaim $222.48. Our 12-month $315 (+49%). Next earnings est. Nov 18 (AMC).
AMZN holds 22/33 (flat) on a -0.80% week to $248.00 (RSI 43.2); no flips. HOLD: AWS is strong, but the trailing P/E remains flattered by the Anthropic fair-value gains and TTM FCF is negative on capex. Knife-edge flag: the quarter-performance test (C52) likely flips to fail at the Oct 30 refresh as the lookback reaches Aug 3 ($284.02). Hold $246.45, then the SMA-200 ($243.29); reclaim $255.65. Our 12-month $315 (+27%). Next earnings Oct 29 (AMC, confirmed).
GOOGL holds 22/33 (flat) on a -5.98% week to $320.21 (RSI 31.3), now below both the SMA-200 ($341.31) and SMA-50 ($342.94); no flips. Growth 3/3 and Mgmt 3/3 intact, but TTM EPS still carries the Jul-22 one-time gain, so the trailing P/E understates the operational multiple. Section-6 note: the live 34.4x anchor on $13.32 indicates ~$458 vs our $430 PT. Hold $317.69, then $314.90; reclaim $334.76. Our 12-month $430 (+34%). Next earnings Oct 28 (AMC).
UBER holds 22/33 (flat) on a -5.19% week to $66.70 (RSI 38.6), just 1.9% above its 52-week low; no flips and all three momentum tests fail. Still among the cheapest valuation profiles in the series, but Financial condition (3/4) is not a clean sweep. Flag: the stat-block TTM EPS reads $4.58 vs $4.24 in the workbook; recheck at the Nov 4 roll. ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS stands. Hold $66.43, then $65.41; reclaim $72.29. Our 12-month $100 (+50%). Next earnings Nov 4 (BMO, confirmed).
DELL rises +1 to 21/33 on a +1.05% week to $456.44 (RSI 37.9), a bounce after last week's -22.9% (it is -14.9% on the month; 52-week high $595.51 on Sep 18 intraday): C51 flipped to pass. Negative book equity keeps P/B, ROE and D/E n.m. Flag: the Section-6 step-2 multiple (~21.3x) is older than the $575 PT. Hold $446.91, then $439.50; reclaim $473.39, then the SMA-50 ($512.87). Our 12-month $575 (+26%). Next earnings Nov 24 (AMC, confirmed).
VST rises +2 to 21/33 on a -7.80% week to $140.16 (-9.8% on Oct 22, cause not verified; RSI 42.6): the lower price flipped C32 and C39 to pass (price-driven, not fundamental). D/E ~355% (Financial 1/4) remains the structural caveat and momentum is weak. Flag: Section 6 (E77 $8.38 x 17.3 = ~$145) does not reconcile to the $190 PT, which is built on FY27 ~$10.98. Hold $136.17, then $133.44; reclaim $145.19. Our 12-month $190 (+36%). Next earnings Nov 6 (BMO, confirmed).

iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
BABA rises +1 to 19/33 on a -8.68% week to $99.64 (RSI 29.9, oversold; -32% YTD): the lower price flipped C32 to pass. Deep-value contrarian profile: cheap on P/E, but ROIC trails WACC and price is far below the SMA-50 ($112.41) and SMA-200 ($127.79). Flags: ADS EPS carries FX translation noise, the $10.2B secondary placement is not in the share count, and Section-6 E77 ($7.94) differs from the $8.26 note. Hold $95.98, then $94.81; reclaim $104.41. Our 12-month $150 (+51%). Next earnings est. Nov 24.
AMAT holds 19/33 (flat) on a -7.83% week to $377.24 (RSI 26.1, oversold), after last week's -19.3% (-20.5% on the month; about -49% from the June high; -8.2% on Oct 22, cause not verified); no flips. Quality stays flawless (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) and the stock sits below both the SMA-50 ($468.42) and SMA-200 ($441.94). Hold $372.80, then $360; reclaim $389.82. Our 12-month $495 (+31%). Next earnings Nov 12 (AMC).
NFLX slips -1 to 18/33 on a -6.64% week to $65.85 (RSI 37.1) after the Q3 print (Oct 20): EPS $0.87 (+47% YoY vs $0.59; consensus ~$0.82), revenue $12.87B (+11.9%), operating margin 34.6%, but a soft Q4 guide (revenue ~$13.4B, EPS ~$0.67 vs Street ~$13.5B/$0.73) and a trimmed ad outlook; the stock fell -5.3% on Oct 21 to a new 52-week low and Wolfe downgraded to Hold. C29 flipped to pass (+1), C51 and C52 to fail (-2); momentum 0/3. Guide details are secondary-sourced. Our PT stays $115 (30.3x FY27 EPS of $3.80, estimate; re-based from 34.5x so the math ties). ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS. Hold $65.04, then $64.10; reclaim $67.05. Our 12-month $115 (+75%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 20, 2027.
MRVL rises +1 to 18/33 on a +0.30% week to $228.51 (RSI 41.1; -8.7% on Oct 22, cause not verified, then +2.3% on Oct 23): C51 flipped to pass (momentum 3/3). The stock is roughly in line with our $235 PT, so there is little margin of safety, and the multiple remains rich. Hold $223.47, then $218.82; the SMA-200 ($179.55) is far below; reclaim $242.95. Our 12-month $235 (+3%). Next earnings est. ~Dec 1.
SOFI holds 17/33 (flat) on a +0.45% week to $14.62 (RSI 38.3): C51 flipped to pass while C43 flipped to fail (PEG 0.8015 x 1.25 = 1.0019 vs the 1.0 limit, so it is flip-prone). Beta 2.33, 16.6% short interest and a deep drawdown (-44% YTD) keep momentum weak; price is below the SMA-50 ($16.74) and SMA-200 ($18.05). Hold $14.22, then $13.86; reclaim $15.24. Our 12-month $19 (+30%). Next earnings Oct 27 (BMO).
VRT holds 17/33 (flat) on a -5.86% week to $194.32 (RSI 27.6, oversold; -32% on the quarter); no flips. Elite quality (Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2) at a less demanding multiple (P/E 44x vs a 49.5x average, forward 21.6x), but price is far below the SMA-50 ($247.70) and SMA-200 ($269.07). Hold $187.24, then $177.75; reclaim $203.56. Our 12-month $355 (+83%). Next earnings Oct 28 (BMO, confirmed).
PLTR rises +1 to 17/33 on a +5.76% week to $196.75 (RSI 54.4), rebounding after last week's -11%: C51 flipped to pass. The GARP paradox persists (trailing P/E ~168x fails outright while forward PEG passes; forward P/E 124x in the workbook vs 103x on the stat block) and price is ~3.5% ABOVE our $190 PT, leaving no margin of safety. Hold $192.60, then $184.75; reclaim $201.72. Our 12-month $190 (-3%). Next earnings Nov 2 (AMC).
HOOD holds 15/33 (flat) on a -3.84% week to $95.07 (RSI 36.5), only 1.9% above the SMA-200 ($93.25); no flips, and the valuation passes are price-driven rather than fundamental. Momentum stays 0/3. Flag: Section-6 E78 was reset from 50.3x to 32.4x on E77 $3.09 so the $100 PT ties (a judgment call). The 52-week high ($150.47, Oct 31, 2025) is about to roll off. Hold $93.25, then $90.21; reclaim $106.64. Our 12-month $100 (+5%). Next earnings Oct 27 (AMC, confirmed).

iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS
AAPL holds 14/33 (flat) on a +1.24% week to $347.73 (RSI 63.9), a new 52-week high (intraday $351.73) and +27.9% YTD; no flips. Elite quality at a full valuation: buyback-inflated ROE/D/E read through ROIC ~104% and net cash. Price is ~5% above our $330 PT (analyst average $329.38), so there is no margin of safety. Hold $338.91, then the SMA-50 ($329.47); reclaim and extend above $351.73. Our 12-month $330 (-5%). Next earnings Nov 2 (AMC, confirmed).
GLW rises +1 to 13/33 on a -6.29% week to $123.69 (RSI 32.8), back at its Jul 28-29 post-earnings lows and ~20% below the SMA-200 ($154.66): the 1-year PEG test (C46) flipped to pass. Valuation stays weak and Financial condition (quick ratio 0.98, D/E 71%) is thin, despite intact AI-datacenter optical growth. Hold $121.80, then $114.50; reclaim $151.21. Our 12-month $150 (+21%). Next earnings Oct 27 (BMO, confirmed).
IREN holds 12/33 (flat, no flips) on a -7.71% week to $24.91 (new 52-week low $24.88; RSI 24.4, deeply oversold; -46% on the month; no catalyst identified), well below the SMA-50 ($39.48) and SMA-200 ($44.94). Momentum 0/3, negative GAAP earnings, high short interest and an Altman Z of 0.98 (distress zone). The $65 PT is asset/contract-based, not multiple-based (+161%). Supports: $24.88, then round levels near $22 and $20 (estimates). Reclaim $28.77. Next earnings Nov 5 (AMC, confirmed).
DKNG rises +1 to 11/33 AVOID on a +10.63% week to $20.91 (RSI 51.9), a bounce off the $18.35 low: C51 flipped to pass. Financial 0/4 and thin GAAP earnings cap the score; price is still below the SMA-50 ($22.31) and SMA-200 ($24.60). Supports $19.74, $18.35, then a round level near $17 (estimate). Flag: Section-6 E77 $1.00 x 33.3 = $33.3 vs the $30 PT. Our 12-month $30 (+43%) prices normalized earnings power that does not exist yet. Next earnings Nov 5 (AMC, confirmed).
SNOW rises +1 to 8/33 AVOID on a +6.06% week to $325.43 (RSI 47.5), partly recovering last week's -16.8%: C51 flipped to pass. Valuation 0/15 on negative GAAP EPS (IF-guards hold). Price is ~7% below our $350 PT and well above the SMA-200 ($236.29). Note the 52-week change is +28.63% from price history vs +34.66% on the stat block. Hold $302.24, then $292.63; reclaim $331.67. Our 12-month $350 (+7.5%). No earnings in the window; next est. Dec 2 (AMC).
