HOW TO READ THIS TABLE

Ranking = score on our 33-criterion screen (quality, financial condition, growth, earnings, valuation, momentum, ownership/liquidity) from each stock's Analysis & Valuation workbook, all 28 priced at the October 30, 2026 close (the usual one-week cadence from the Oct 23 anchor). Score measures how completely a stock passes the screen — the PROFILE matters as much as the number. The Oct 24-30 window carried six Tier-3 prints - HOOD (Oct 27), GLW and SOFI (Oct 27, BMO), VRT (Oct 28, BMO), GOOGL (Oct 28, AMC) and AMZN (Oct 29, AMC) - and ended in a sharp risk-off on Oct 29-30. GOOGL -12.6% on the week (a -12.6% gap on Oct 29, its worst earnings reaction on record): Q3 GAAP EPS $2.12 missed the ~$3.00 consensus on an $8.7B equity-securities loss, and the capex shock overshadowed Cloud +103% (figures from secondary sources). AMZN -3.1%: AWS +39% but capex $77.3B vs operating cash flow $42.4B put Q3 FCF at -$34.8B. HOOD -10.6% (EPS $0.51 vs $0.61, -16%; adjusted $0.60 beat). GLW -0.3% (core EPS $0.91, +36%, Q4 guide above consensus). SOFI +14.7% (Q3 EPS $0.18 vs $0.11; FY27 EPS guide ~$0.90) and VRT +19.7% (net sales +61%, adjusted EPS $2.21 vs ~$1.82) were the week's best movers. Outside the prints, the Oct 29-30 selloff hit semis and AI names: MRVL -22% in two days (-14.1% on the week), DELL -10.8% and AMD -10.9% on Oct 30, TSM -6.0% and MU -5.3% on Oct 30; the causes of several drops are not verified. TSM's FX restatement is CLOSED: the quarterly grid is now on a consistent 32 NTD/USD basis (TTM EPS $15.37, P/E 26.4x), and TSM holds 24/33 either way. Score movers: MU +2 to 26 (series high, momentum flipped to pass); AMAT +1 to 20; DELL, AMZN, PLTR and SNOW each -2 (SNOW to 6, the series floor); NVDA, TSM, GOOGL, MRVL, HOOD and AAPL -1; DKNG -1 to 10. The series GROWS from 21 to 28 tickers with seven new workbooks on this anchor: GS 24 (21 excluding three bank-structure artifacts - current ratio, quick ratio and a negative-cash-flow P/CF pass - so it ranks below TSM on the tie-break), AXP 19, FCX 19, LLY 18, AMD 16, TMO 16 and CRWD 11; all seven are HOLD-rated. Passes remain thin or price-driven in places: NVDA's P/E 25.9x vs the 27.4x market multiple, TSM's C33 (flips above ~$421), SOFI's PEG at the 1.0 limit. Upcoming earnings: AAPL and PLTR (Nov 2, AMC), AMD (Nov 3, AMC), UBER (Nov 4, BMO), IREN and DKNG (Nov 5, AMC), VST (Nov 6, BMO), AMAT (Nov 12), NVDA (Nov 17, AMC), then DELL and BABA (~Nov 24). 12-mo PT = our own price target. Bold rows = top 10 by score; full detail for ALL 28 tickers follows on the pages below.

iiReport — STOCK RANKING & PRICE TARGETS

Page 2 of 5 — Ranking detail: tactical, swing and 12-month price targets (all 28 tickers) · As of October 30, 2026 market close
Tactical = this week, from support/resistance and momentum. Intermediate = swing-position objective. 12-month = our valuation-based target (My Price Analysis).
Tactical: Hold support near $849 (then the SMA-200 $747); reclaim the SMA-50 $979Intermediate: $979, then $1,097; My PT $1,145 (stale)

MU rises +2 to 26/33 (series high, #1) on a +0.82% week to $884.74 (RSI 42.0; -5.3% on Oct 30): quarter and 52-week momentum tests flipped to pass. The quality sweep (Financial 4/4, Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) is intact. Flag: the $1,145 PT predates the Sep 30 FY2026 print and is STALE - the Section-6 math (9.4x FY28 EPS $181.98) points to ~$1,711, queued for judgment re-derivation. Hold $849.25, then the SMA-200 ($746.83); reclaim $978.71. Our 12-month $1,145 (+29%). Next earnings est. ~Dec 16 (Q1 FY27).

Tactical: Hold support near $400 (the SMA-200); then $372.72; reclaim the SMA-50 $435Intermediate: $473, then $487; PT $510

TSM slips -1 to 24/33 (#2) on a -2.96% week to $406.13 (RSI 38.3), including -5.95% on Oct 30 that tested the 200-day: quarter momentum (C51) flipped to fail. FX flag CLOSED: the EPS grid was restated to a consistent 32 NTD/USD (TTM EPS $16.69 to $15.37, P/E 24.3x to 26.4x); C33 still passes (it flips above ~$421), so the score is 24/33 either way. The stat-page TTM EPS ($14.94) is ~3% below the restated $15.37 - verify against the TSMC release. Hold $400.16, then $372.72; reclaim $434.92. Our 12-month $510 (+26%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 15, 2027.

Tactical: Hold support near $879.50 (then $864.12); reclaim $927.73Intermediate: $947.68 (SMA-50), then $957.82 (SMA-200); PT $1,000

GS joins at 24/33 (73%; 21/33 excluding three bank-structure artifacts - current ratio, quick ratio and a negative-cash-flow P/CF pass) on a -3.58% day to $894.55 (RSI 44.9; week +2.15%, quarter -12.9%, 22.5% below the Jul 15 high). Quality is elite for a bank (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2; Q3 EPS $17.01, +39% YoY, ROTE 20.5%) and P/E is low at 12.9x trailing / 12.1x forward with P/B 2.40x, but earnings are peak-cycle (Street FY27 EPS +3.6%), the 5-yr-average P/E test passes by only ~1%, and D/E 671% / interest coverage n/a are structural fails. Ranked below TSM on the tie-break because three of its passes are structural artifacts. Hold $879.50, then $864.12; reclaim $927.73. Our 12-month $1,000 (+12%) vs ~-17% to a 10x trough multiple: a thin margin of safety. Next earnings ~mid-Jan 2027 (unconfirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $204.39 (the SMA-200); then $200.92; reclaim the SMA-50 $221.75Intermediate: $239, then $243; PT $315

NVDA slips -1 to 23/33 on a -3.00% week to $204.64 (RSI 35.1; -4.2% on Oct 30, sitting on its 200-day): the quarter-performance test (C52) flipped to fail. The Financial 4/4 + Mgmt 3/3 + Growth 3/3 + Earnings 2/2 quality sweep is intact. Trailing P/E 25.9x passes C33 against 27.4x with a modest cushion. Hold $204.39, then $200.92; reclaim $221.75. Our 12-month $315 (+54%). Next earnings Nov 17 (AMC, confirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $64.67 (then the 52-week low $64.04); reclaim the SMA-50 $71.21Intermediate: $71.21, then $73.34 (SMA-200); PT $100

UBER holds 22/33 (flat) on a -2.17% week to $65.25 (RSI 35.8), after a new 52-week low of $64.04 on Oct 29; no flips and all three momentum tests fail. Still among the cheapest valuation profiles in the series, but Financial condition (3/4) is not a clean sweep. Flag: the workbook TTM EPS ($4.24) differs from the stat block ($4.58) on a different quarter basis; all four quarters will be re-based at the Nov 4 roll. ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS stands. Hold $64.67, then $64.04; reclaim $71.21. Our 12-month $100 (+53%). Next earnings Nov 4 (BMO, confirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $276.92 (then $270.70); reclaim $283.82, then $300Intermediate: $300, then $325; PT $430 (re-derive)

GOOGL slips -1 to 21/33 on a -12.61% week to $279.84 (RSI 21.4, deeply oversold) after the Q3 print (Oct 28 AMC; -12.64% gap on Oct 29, its worst earnings reaction on record): revenue $127.6B (+24.6%), Cloud $30.7B (+103%) with a 36.2% operating margin, backlog ~$561B, but capex $51.4B, FCF -$9.1B and GAAP EPS $2.12 vs ~$3.00 consensus (an $8.7B equity-securities loss, ~$0.55/share; operational EPS ~$2.67). Figures are from secondary sources, not the 8-K. C12 and C38 flipped to pass; C28, C29 and C53 flipped to fail. TTM EPS $19.15 still carries Q2 gains, so the 14.6x P/E is an artifact. The $430 PT (Section-6 math: 31.1x on $13.82 = $429.8) needs a judgment re-derivation; it sits above the analyst average ($406.55). Hold $276.92, then $270.70; reclaim $283.82. Our 12-month $430 (+54%). Next earnings est. ~Feb 2027.

Tactical: Hold support near $135.86 (then $132.66); reclaim $140.95, then the SMA-50 $145.07Intermediate: $145, then $154 (SMA-200); PT $190

VST holds 21/33 (flat) on a -1.28% week to $138.37 (RSI 42.0); no flips. D/E ~355% (Financial 1/4) remains the structural caveat and momentum is weak. Flag: Section 6 (E77 $8.38) does not reconcile to the $190 PT, which is built on FY27 ~$10.98. Hold $135.86, then $132.66; reclaim $140.95, then $145.07. Our 12-month $190 (+37%). Next earnings Nov 6 (BMO, confirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $229.36 (then $226.65); reclaim the SMA-200 $243.40Intermediate: $254 (SMA-50), then $263; PT $315

AMZN slips -2 to 20/33 on a -3.08% week to $240.35 (RSI 38.3) after the Q3 print (Oct 29 AMC): revenue $201.9B (+12.1%), AWS $46.0B (+39%), operating income $28.1B, but capex $77.3B vs operating cash flow $42.4B left Q3 FCF at -$34.8B (TTM -$46.9B); GAAP EPS $1.89 vs $1.95 a year ago, a slight miss, and the first clean quarter with no Anthropic gain. C14 flipped to pass; C28, C29 and C52 flipped to fail. TTM EPS $12.37 still carries H1 gains. Section 6 (31.8x on $9.90 = $314.8) supports the PT. Q4 guidance not captured. Hold $229.36, then $226.65; reclaim $243.40, then $254.28. Our 12-month $315 (+31%). Next earnings est. ~Feb 2027.

Tactical: Hold support near $372.80 (then $360); reclaim $426.52, then the SMA-200 $444.51Intermediate: $426.52, then $444.51; PT $495

AMAT rises +1 to 20/33 on a +3.41% week to $390.09 (RSI 36.3), after a -26% month; a -7.5% reversal on Oct 30 is unverified. C51 flipped to pass. Quality stays flawless (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2) and the stock sits below both the SMA-200 ($444.51) and SMA-50 ($457.66). Hold $372.80, then $360; reclaim $426.52. Our 12-month $495 (+27%). Next earnings Nov 12 (AMC).

Tactical: Hold support near $97.48 (then $95.19); reclaim $100.96Intermediate: $110 (SMA-50), then $126 (SMA-200); PT $150

BABA holds 19/33 (flat) on a -1.61% week to $98.04 (RSI 29.5, oversold); no flips. Deep-value contrarian profile: cheap on P/E, but ROIC trails WACC and price is far below the SMA-50 ($109.67) and SMA-200 ($126.24). Flags: ADS EPS carries FX translation noise, the $10.2B secondary placement is not in the share count, and Section-6 E77 ($7.94) differs from the ~$8.26 note. Hold $97.48, then $95.19; reclaim $100.96. Our 12-month $150 (+53%). Next earnings est. ~Nov 24.

Tactical: Hold support near $413.00 (then $405.37); reclaim $441.08Intermediate: $475.51, then $502; PT $575

DELL slips -2 to 19/33 on a -7.04% week to $424.30 (RSI 35.7), including -10.8% on Oct 30 (cause not verified): C51 and C52 flipped to fail. Negative book equity keeps P/B, ROE and D/E n.m. Flag: the Section-6 step-2 multiple (~21.3x, ~$450) is older than the $575 PT. Hold $413.00, then $405.37; reclaim $441.08, then $475.51; the SMA-50 ($513.89) is far above. Our 12-month $575 (+36%). Next earnings Nov 24 (AMC, confirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $317 (SMA-50), then $311.40; reclaim the SMA-200 $326.07Intermediate: $326, then $337; PT $350

AXP joins at 19/33 (HOLD) on a +1.88% week to $319.11 (RSI 53.8): a premium card issuer + network - Management 3/3, Growth 3/3, Earnings 2/2 - with Financial 1/4 STRUCTURAL (current/quick ratio n.m., D/E 168%, interest coverage n/a; the quick-ratio pass is a convention artifact), Valuation 7/15 at 18.0x trailing / 15.8x FY27 and momentum 1/3 (price 2.2% below the SMA-200). Flags: Q3 GAAP EPS $5.42 (+31%) includes a one-time $1.11 GBTG gain (adjusted $4.68, +13%, would fail C29); OCC consent order and a 5% workforce restructuring; C34 (P/E 17.96 vs 5-yr avg 17.53) is razor-thin. Hold $317, then $311.40; reclaim $326.07. Our 12-month $350 (+10%) vs a lender-like 13x bear case of ~$262 (-18%). Next earnings est. late Jan 2027 (unconfirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $61.43 (then $58.19); reclaim the SMA-200 $65.21 and SMA-50 $71.58Intermediate: $65.21, then $71.58; PT $74

FCX joins at 19/33 (HOLD) at $62.47, after a -5.55% Friday (week -4.16%; RSI 30.2, oversold edge) that left it below the SMA-200 ($65.21) and SMA-50 ($71.58). Q3 (Oct 27) beat on price - adj EPS $0.88 vs $0.82-0.83, GAAP +76% YoY - but 2026/2027 copper-sales guidance was trimmed again and 2027 capex rose to $5.2B. Mgmt 3/3, Earnings 2/2 and Financial 3/4 (quick ratio fails); Valuation 6/15, Growth 2/3 (dividend flat since 2022), Momentum 1/3. Flags: cheap only on forward peak-price EPS (14.4x FY27 vs 26.2x trailing; each 10c/lb copper is ~$0.15 of EPS, est.); trailing PEG uses a normalized 14% denominator and C46/C47 are rebound artifacts; C34 passes by <1 pt on an estimated P/E grid; FY27 consensus ($4.33) is pre-Q3. Hold $61.43, then $58.19; reclaim $65.21. Our 12-month $74 (+18.5%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 21, 2027.

Tactical: Hold support near $61.39 (new 52-week low); then a round $60 (estimate); reclaim $63.05Intermediate: $65.85, then $67.82; PT $115

NFLX holds 18/33 (flat) on a -5.73% week to $62.08 (RSI 30.6, oversold), setting a new 52-week low of $61.39; no flips and momentum is 0/3, with price well below the SMA-50 ($72.67) and SMA-200 ($81.60). The Q3 print (Oct 20: EPS $0.87, +47%) was followed by a soft Q4 guide and a Wolfe downgrade. Our PT stays $115 (30.3x FY27 EPS of $3.80, an estimate). ACCUMULATE ON WEAKNESS. Hold $61.39, then ~$60 (round-number estimate); reclaim $63.05, then $65.85. Our 12-month $115 (+85%). Next earnings est. ~Jan 20, 2027.

LLY joins at 18/33 (55%, HOLD) on a +11.31% week to $1,417.54 (RSI 77.9, overbought; +31.9% YTD, +23.3% on the month; all-time high $1,449.68), after the Oct 29 Q3 beat-and-raise: revenue $24.4B (+39%), FY2026 guide lifted to $91-92B and non-GAAP EPS $35.00-36.00 after $4.57/sh of acquired IPR&D. Quality is elite (Mgmt 3/3, Growth 3/3, Momentum 3/3; ROIC 42.7%), but Valuation is 5/15 (46x trailing GAAP, 30x FY2027, 31x book), Financial 1/4 (quick 0.64, D/E 123%) and Earnings 1/2 (GAAP EPS +16.3% misses the +19% bar only on IPR&D). Flags: PEG 1.40 uses the 32.8% consensus-growth denominator (flip-prone near $1,500); FY2027 EPS $47.22 is pre-print consensus; two drugs = 66% of revenue. Hold $1,373.70, then $1,330; reclaim $1,449.68. Our 12-month $1,510 (+6.5%) vs a market-multiple downside anchor of ~$1,294 (-8.7%). Next earnings ~Feb 4, 2027 (BMO, unconfirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $16.58 (the SMA-50; then $15.44); reclaim $17.63Intermediate: $17.79 (SMA-200), then $19.18; PT $19

SOFI holds 17/33 (flat) on a +14.68% week to $16.76 (RSI 57.0), after the Q3 print (Oct 27 BMO): adjusted net revenue $1,371M (+44%), diluted EPS $0.18 vs $0.11 (+64%, consensus ~$0.17), members 17.07M, FY26 EPS guide raised to ~$0.61 and a first FY27 guide of ~$0.90 EPS / $6.4B revenue; the stock gained +13.4% on the day and then gave back -4.83% on Oct 30. C43 is a razor-thin fail (PEG x 1.25 = 1.0024 vs the 1.0 limit). Flags: the $19 PT (21.1x multiple) may need re-derivation, since the FY27 guide implies ~$21 at the old 23.8x; the stat page (beta, analyst target, short interest) is carried from Oct 23. Hold $16.58, then $15.44; reclaim $17.63, then $17.79. Our 12-month $19 (+13%). Next earnings est. ~late Jan 2027.

Tactical: Hold support near $225.09 (then $208.56); reclaim the SMA-50 $242.61Intermediate: $242.61, then $254.73; PT $355

VRT holds 17/33 (flat) on a +19.65% week to $232.50 (RSI 51.5; +16.5% on the Oct 28 print, then -5.46% on Oct 30). Q3 (Oct 28 BMO): net sales $4,313M (+61%) vs ~$3.75B consensus, GAAP EPS $1.95 vs $1.02, adjusted EPS $2.21 vs ~$1.82 (+78%), organic orders >100%, FY26 adjusted EPS guide $7.10-7.20. C47 flipped to fail and C51 to pass. Flags: the $355 PT (39.5x FY27 $8.98, Section 6 = $354.71) rests on pre-print FY27 consensus; quick ratio (0.95) and D/E (70%) were not re-cut. Hold $225.09, then $208.56; reclaim $242.61. Our 12-month $355 (+53%). Next earnings ~Feb 2027 (unconfirmed).

Tactical: Hold support near $190.15 (then the SMA-200 $183.20); reclaim $207.61Intermediate: $218, then the SMA-50 $243; PT $235

MRVL slips -1 to 17/33 on a -14.05% week to $196.40 (RSI 34.0): -13.24% on Oct 29 and -10.05% on Oct 30, with the cause unverified - C51 flipped to fail. Our $235 PT sits only ~20% above price after the drop. Hold $190.15, then the SMA-200 ($183.20); reclaim $207.61, then $218.34. Our 12-month $235 (+20%). Next earnings est. ~Dec 1.

Tactical: Hold support near $492.21 (Oct 30 low), then $477.57; reclaim $531.28Intermediate: $531, then $566; PT $535

AMD joins at 16/33 (48%, HOLD) after a -10.88% Friday to $504.80 (RSI 39.7; -17.5% on the month, 23% below the $658.52 high) on Intel's weak Q4 guide. Quality is strong - Financial 4/4, Mgmt 3/3, Earnings 2/2 (Q2 revenue +50%, Data Center +107%, GAAP EPS $1.39 vs $0.53) - but Valuation is only 2/15 at 129x trailing GAAP / ~32x FY27 consensus ($15.76), and ROIC 9.8% sits below the ~17.7% WACC. Flags: no dividend (C25 fails); trailing PEG uses a normalized 76% denominator; the two forward-PEG passes are growth artifacts; C34 misses its 126x five-year average by only ~2.5% (flips below ~$492). Price is above the 200-day ($410) but below the 20-day ($570) and 50-day ($548). Hold $492.21, then $477.57; reclaim $531.28. Our 12-month $535 (+6%; no-premium anchor ~$432, -14.5%). Q3 (Oct 21) beat on adjusted EPS ($6.68 vs $6.40) and guidance was raised; GAAP EPS grew only 8.7%. Flag: Growth 3/3 passes on ADJUSTED 5-yr EPS growth only (GAAP negative). Hold $679, then $662.50; reclaim $711.86. Our 12-month $714 (+2.4%) is fair value, below the Street's $751. Next earnings ~late Jan 2027 (Q4 2026, est.).

Tactical: Hold support near $180.81 (then $175); reclaim the SMA-50 $186.90Intermediate: $187, then $196.42; PT $190

PLTR slips -2 to 15/33 on a -6.42% week to $184.11 (RSI 41.9), just under its SMA-50 ($186.90): C51 and C53 flipped to fail. The GARP paradox persists (trailing P/E fails outright while forward PEG passes) and price is ~3% BELOW our $190 PT, leaving almost no margin of safety. Hold $180.81, then $175; reclaim $186.90, then $196.42. Our 12-month $190 (+3%). Next earnings Nov 2 (AMC).

C29 flipped to pass and C47 to fail. Core revenue exceeds GAAP (never mix them).
